Winter Park, FL

A stroll down Park Avenue is reminiscent of a European village complete with eclectic restaurants, cafes, and shops. The brick streets, covered by an oak canopy, weave their way around the many lakes of the town –– all accessible through various canals and entry points. The colors are vibrant and bold, and the weather makes for a great place to visit no matter the season. If you ask us, the best times of the year are November to March (our heat in August is not for the faint of heart.) If you do decide to swing by during the summertime, be sure to stay hydrated.

If you’re headed our way, here are some of our favorite places that you should check out:

When friends in other cities first hear of our location, they raise an eyebrow.

Most are familiar with Orlando, yet few have heard about our town just north of Downtown and an hour from the attractions.

As a city, Winter Park is a small and unique with brick streets, a distinctive downtown shopping district, and serves as home to lakefront campus Rollins College, a liberal-arts institution founded in 1885 and alma mater to the late Fred “Mister” Rogers. Our company was founded and headquartered here and remains an important part of our story and how we do the work we do. It’s so important to us that we started our own hyperlocal news platform** called the32789 when our local newspaper folded (sorry for the pun).
