Production Artist

Production Artist:

Responsible for the digital and/or traditional execution of finished production material. Assignments will vary from finished art preparation to the creation of original material.


  • Completes design work from the rough draft through the finished product based on design direction of Creative Director/Art Director.
  • Collaborates with agency personnel on assigned projects.
  • Reviews all file preparation prior to printing/production; maintain consistent studio file preparation.
  • Interacts with production vendors to confirm all file construction requirements.
  • Prepares drawings from designs, mockups and photo prints as required.
  • Manages digital production based on knowledge and skill as appropriate (ie: HTML email development).
  • Maintains and orders art supplies.
  • Maintains records and licensing for all hardware and software purchases.
  • Maintains creative team software fonts, photography, illustration licensing.
  • Maintains creative server file organization and ongoing project archiving.
  • Is knowledgeable and proficient in emerging computer tools and techniques with advertising and/or graphics applications. Actively share such knowledge with others in the creative department.


● Previous experience in a similar role (traditional and digital design experience), specifically with professional services

 Application Experience: Adobe Creative Cloud (Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator), Invision, Sketch, Email Applications (MailChimp, Emma, Constant Contact), Keynote, Pages, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Digital Media Planner/Buyer

Job Description:

The Digital Media Planner & Buyer (DMPB) will lead the development and execution of integrated media plans and collaborating with other internal teams to bring forth the appropriate channel (display, social, search) expertise to meet client goals and established KPIs.


Minimum 2 Years Digital Planning & Buying Experience (traditional media buying and analytics assessment experience is a plus)

Duties and Responsibilities:

Owns all aspects of digital and traditional media planning/buying, including but not limited to:

  • Identify and confirm Client goals/objectives
  • Strategy Development: work with the Clients and team to identify strategies and approach across multiple digital channels (display, search, social, video)
  • Lead team in establishing campaign goals, developing performance reports and implementing strategic optimizations
  • Develop digitally neutral media plans, flighting recommendations and forecast attributable performance across all channels and campaigns
  • Negotiate, establish and manage alliance partner relationships as necessary
    (ie: Client media buying partners, traditional media buyers, paid search
    buyers, etc.)
  • Research and vet media vendors, and negotiate proposals from media vendors
    as necessary
  • Maintain a strong understanding of identified clients’ objectives and tailoring recommendations and strategy to meet specific goals
  • Measure media performance and ensure objectives and strategies are met
  • Build strong relationships with clients, partner agencies and media partners
  • Provide POVs for both staff and clients on ‘first-to-market’ opportunities, emerging technologies and vendor partners
  • Manage client budgets, investments, and purchase authorization process.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of mobile, social and emerging digital media and contribute to agency education and knowledge sharing

  • Minimum 2 years experience in Digital Media role

Web Developer

Findsome & Winmore is in search of a passionate web developer to take on projects involving writing front-end markup, CMS implementation and customization. We build a lot of our projects in WordPress but you should still be familiar with many other solutions and be able to choose the right one based on our clients’ needs. Most of our projects are built in the LAMP/LEMP stack so you should also be comfortable with provisioning the environments for your projects. There may also be opportunities for you to design the projects you’ll be building, so an understanding of interaction design and user experience are a definite plus. As a developer, our organization relies on your technical expertise to help provide the best solutions for our clients and our organization. We pride ourselves on being flexible not only to meet the goals of our clients, but also on our ability to think outside of the box for our clients. You can expect to be doing things like:

  • Building websites of many different scales with varying levels of complexity.
  • Building emails and newsletters for a variety of different email service providers (and for a large variety of email clients).
  • Working with existing websites to extend existing structures or building additional features.

  • Deploying projects to a variety of environments.
  • Performing quality assurance testing on your peers’ work on multiple devices and operating systems.

Although we are fine with learning as you go, there are some things you should be comfortable with in order to hit the ground running at our agency. You should be able to say yes to most of these questions.

  • Can you write javascript without the use of a library like jQuery?
  • Can you turn a static design mockup into HTML/CSS fairly quickly?
  • Are you familiar with WordPress in doing things like creating custom themes, setting up hooks, and using ACF?
  • Can you set up task runners or module bundlers such as gulp or webpack?
  • Do you appreciate quality design and well thought out user experiences?

Account Manager

The Account Manager will be responsible for successful day-to-day management and monitoring of digital media, marketing, public relations and social media channels for designated Findsome & Winmore clients.  The role requires a focus on integrating strategy, planning, management, and execution of all aspects of the clients’ marketing initiatives.

The Account Manager position requires strong account management skills, a keen understanding of marketing integrated marketing strategy that can be used to drive customer engagement.  The Account Manager will provide department organization and stability to clients through detailed planning, organization, leadership and time management. This position will act as a liaison between clients and internal staff with the goal of customer satisfaction and relationship building through the outstanding delivery of projects and services.


Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing strategy and tactics for an assortment of clients in a variety of industries

Create, edit, proof and publish a variety of internal and external content, including but not limited to, press releases, blogs, websites, social media, brochures, and other correspondence

PR Manager

This role serves as a key leader for the agency and as a primary interface for public relations on behalf of designated Findsome & Winmore clients. These clients will potentially cover a variety of brands, business sectors, geographic markets, and target audiences. This includes managing ongoing media relations, creating and distributing content, leading strategic communications planning, providing analytics, and overseeing day-to-day execution of PR plans for clients and ongoing news/publicity initiatives that generate media coverage.


  • Manage strategy and day-to-day execution of PR programs for a collection of clients
  • Pitch, create and manage all content including but not limited to press releases, blogs, social media, website, brochures, press kits, fact sheets, and biographies
  • Aggressively publicize assigned initiatives (corporate, brand/marketing programs, product launches, etc.)
  • Generate broadcast, print and internet coverage for clients in audience-focused news outlets
  • Develop and sustain excellent working relationships with trades, reporters and outlets
  • Participate in and train for spokesperson media training activities
  • Coordinate with clients to manage news affecting crisis communication and brand reputation
  • Stay abreast of key issues facing the company and their industries
  • Collaborate with internal, social media and influencer engagement teams to extend and maximize “news”

Client Services Coordinator

The Client Services Coordinator will provide support to the client services team. This role will consist of day-to-day process assistance and client maintenance in several aspects of digital marketing (including but not limited to) website design and development, social media, content management, public relations, seo, email marketing and digital marketing strategy with the goal to grow and retain clients for the agency. The position includes maintaining a high level of awareness of client activities, detail-oriented program and project management and professional communication with client contacts as needed. This position reports to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager.


  • Assist client services team with internal trafficking of projects through the creative team
  • Acquires knowledge of all teams within the agency
  • Ability to write reports and business correspondence
  • Ability to create tasks for assigned projects
  • Thoroughly proof client and internal documentation
  • Prepare and format branded account service-related documents such as meeting agendas, activity and meeting reports, proposals, presentations and other client communications and correspondence
  • Conduct any client or agency research as requested
  • Assist in administering client set-ups (e.g. hosting, social media accounts, email newsletter programs,etc.)
  • Work with Digital Marketing Managers and Principals to create and monitor project schedules
