The husband-and-wife team at Urban Perch has won awards for designing and constructing the custom homes people dream of. Urban Perch’s breathtaking builds now punctuate Winter Park and its surrounding cities — and the firm was set to open its new office right in the heart of the Park Avenue shopping district. Wanting to stand out from their retail neighbors and the steady stream of competition, they turned to Findsome & Winmore for a refreshed visual identity.
For their new look we leaned into modern luxury without veering toward over-the-top opulence. We remained mindful of millennial tastes but avoided anything too trendy, instead creating a look that was built to last. Across the website, business cards, stationery, and other client touchpoints, the refreshed Urban Perch identity speaks to the same approachable elegance present in the firm’s custom builds.
