WebSolvers Launches Website for Highly-Anticipated East End Market

Orlando, Fla. (May 13, 2013) – Orlando’s Audubon Park district has been called “arguably the hippest, most organically developed neighborhood in town” by Orlando Weekly, and one of the major forces behind the thriving district is the local and organic food movement. Rumblings of a local market were confirmed in spring 2012, when John Rife, founder and owner of the East End Market—well-known for urban farming, food advocacy and social entrepreneurism—announced that the market would open this summer.

Word spread fast about the East End Market, and it became clear very quickly that a web presence was imperative to keep area residents and others interested in the market abreast of any news related to the project’s development. WebSolvers, which specializes in interactive and digital development, brand strategy, communications and development of all aspects of a comprehensive marketing mix, was selected to create a dynamic website for the East End Market.

“The response to our website has been overwhelmingly positive, and the launch created the largest viral traffic to our Facebook page we’ve seen. Big thanks to the WebSolvers team for the timely manner with which they delivered the site,” said Rife. “With most of our time spent on the farm, in the kitchen and on the go, we needed a firm that could quickly synthesize the multifaceted nature of our business into a cohesive and thoughtful whole. In short order, WebSolvers designed and launched a beautiful new virtual home for our market that digitally embodies the same attention to quality and artisan aesthetic that we champion in the Good Food movement.”

The website, www.eastendmkt.com, features special sections about merchants, events and classes, the market’s innovative incubator kitchen concept and a blog that’s constantly updated with news and information about the market and merchants.

“When John came to us requesting a stronger web presence, the team at WebSolvers quickly rose to the challenge and created a site that can be updated frequently with news and exciting details about the popular project,” said Matt Certo, CEO and Principal of WebSolvers. “From website design and launch, to social media planning and execution, to creative development and brand building, and everything in between, WebSolvers is proud to partner with esteemed clients such as the East End Market to provide marketing, digital and creative solutions.”

On May 2, WebSolvers was recognized as the Technology Business of the Year by the Seminole County Regional Chamber of Commerce. Earlier this year, WebSolvers was also honored by the Orlando Ad Federation with a Silver Addy Award for the design and launch of the Pickify App.
